Pros

The company is maturing with purpose and intention. While there are areas that are/were a bit raw, they are being addressed. When something needs to change or be adjusted it is addressed. - People: the company has assembled an incredible pool of talent and provided a framework for individuals to contribute and have impact. - Product: the product is legit amazing and improving every week. Customers love it which is really cool. - Culture: a collaborative meritocracy where ideas are valued and acted upon. The team has a lot of fun and the joy comes through in lots of ways that make the days enjoyable. - Brand: this needs it's own mention. The brand that has been created and promoted by the creative/marketing/social teams is truly astonishing.

Cons

- Pay is on the low side. - Stock offerings are stingy and vesting schedule could be adjusted. It'd be great if they shared the upside with the early employees that took a chance and got the company to where it is today. - There are some gaps in the company's leadership. The negative reviews singling out one individual appear to have something to them although it's definitely not something that most people are impacted by or even aware of.

Pros

- super fun and vibrant office - inspiring colleagues - growth culture = opportunities - competitive benefits - transparency with data, company direction etc

Cons

This isn't a place to work if you just want to coast and take home a paycheck -startup life isn't for everyone! Not a con for me because this is exactly what I wanted when I joined. I wanted to work for a company where I could actually see/feel the benefit of my work and I know we wont be in his phase forever so I'm enjoying it.

Pros

Product is versatile and stands up well in a very crowded market Energetic people Quirkiness that fits the style of SD External Marketing

Cons

Company does not practice the work/life balance it claims to empower other companies to have ("save one day a week") High ranking executives are extremely young and raise some question marks There is a bit of a culture of overworking and feeling like you're falling behind if you are not Sales did not have international territories meaning 6am full fledged sales demos with people in India in the morning and 6pm demos with people in Australia at night Product was absurdly complex at times and they do not segment sales teams by sectors within the platform, thus looking for the right answers in a remote work setting was rather time consuming if you are unable to make it into the office on a specific day Company can play favorites across departments and lose sights of what they pitched you on during the recruiting process
