      Pros

      ClickUp has some of the best people I've met in my life - this is in terms of technical skills as well as people skills. It provides challenging problems for ambitious individuals to solve and plenty of opportunities for anyone looking to upgrade/build their career. An absolute blast every single day!

      Cons

      Work can be quite challenging and there's a lot you need to figure out on your own. While there will definitely be people willing to help you out, there are no formal systems in place to seek help when you're stuck on a problem. But personally, it's what makes it that much more exciting!

      Pretty much everything is a pro but the amount of support you feel in this company is unreal.

      Cons

      Honestly can’t think of any because even if an obstacle or “con” appears, there’s always someone ready to listen to feedback and offer a solution.

      Pros

      As you will soon realize everyone on the sales team is really striving to succeed and that starts with leadership. I truly believe in our Sales Leaders want our reps to be successful and are very transparent with their goals and how we will achieve them as one team. If you are AE/SDR/BDR looking for an exciting new opportunity, ClickUp should be heavily considered in your evaluation of new employment opportunities.
