I feel valued at ClickUp, that's by far the best. But it's also very clear that you can advance within your department and even look for new opportunities within ClickUp. It's so great to see that there's vertical and lateral mobility within ClickUp. Beyond that, every person I have worked with, in my own department and in other teams, has been super nice, and very smart. The people here make waking up to work a damn pleasure!

Working at ClickUp has been an experience of a lifetime! I'm so thankful for the opportunity to work at a company that is innovative, fun, and not afraid to break the industry norms. The employees are high energy, motivated, friendly, and care about the success of the company - which creates a positive work environment to come into. Management and leadership truly care about their employees' well-being, along with creating a place for professional growth. Zeb personally reaches out to employees to thank them for their hard work and congratulate them on promotions, etc. when he hears they are doing a great job. He really wants his employees to feel valued and goes out of his way to show his appreciation! Also, they are consistently upgrading their benefits and perks to include more for employees.
