Pros

- Minimal red tape: you have tons of freedom to build out new processes and shape departments, take on outside projects that interest you, and master your designated role inside and out. - Empathetic management: your managers care about you not just as an employee, but as a person. They want the best for you and will set actionable goals to help you reach your full potential. - Hard work is recognized and rewarded: you will absolutely move up the professional ladder if you put in the work! - Solid benefits and unlimited PTO: management respects that you should take time off when you need. Employees also track their time to make sure they aren't being overworked.

Cons

- The only thing I'd say is that to be successful, you need to be comfortable with being uncomfortable. ClickUp is still a growing company, so not every process is carved in stone. This is often a great thing, but it does mean that you have to be good about figuring out stuff on your own/ be proactive about finding solutions to tricky challenges. - This is not a job where you can coast without putting in a lot of effort. I personally love that, but it's not for everyone, so apply only if you're excited about contributing and putting in your best efforts.

Pros

ClickUp as a company has really matured as I've worked there (9 months)! Leadership is constantly learning and growing. I was a bit hesitant to take the job at ClickUp after reading some of the other reviews on here but I'm so glad I did. The caliber of leadership and the time invested in learning and growing is really paying dividends. Plus, ClickUp is a place where you can be recognized for your work and it matters. It's a great feeling to know that, every day, the stuff I do makes a difference in our customers' lives. Also, I've never worked somewhere where the customer was so important! Every company says "we're customer first" but, at ClickUp, I really see that in action.

Cons

It's a rapidly scaling unicorn startup... haha. We're growing like gangbusters but growth brings growing pains. Something that worked well a few months ago may need to change because of the sheer volume of customers we're getting. But, leadership does a good job explaining changes and I really appreciate the transparency at company meetings.

Pros

The product is an industry leader in a space that requires differentiation, and ClickUp provides that. Everyone has a voice and is much more than a number, with the ability to take on more work outside of their "day job." If you love to build, create, and scale, this is the right place for you. If you love to be rewarded based on the merit of your hard work and results, this is the right place for you. If you want to be a part of a company that will have incredible growth and accelerate your career and provide you with an impactful story on your resume, this is the right place for you!

Cons

As with all early stage companies, we wear many hats while having to deliver on our core responsibilities, we are creating and building process and structure, and we have the responsibility to scale revenues indicative of an A++ SaaS company. For some people, having that responsibility may not be a good fit, but for those who enjoy that, this is the right place to be to scale your career!
