- twice a year performance-based review and increase - eligibility for stocks based on performance and core value recognition - generous wellness and professional development stipend

Cons

- pure remote; not a lot of opportunity to physically bond with peers and colleagues

Opportunity to work from home.

Cons

*The newer managers are very inexperienced and are truly awful to work with. *Reps are heavily micromanaged and given unrealistic expectations to meet. *This department underpays their reps and provides almost no opportunity for advancement. *Bonus opportunities are a complete joke (offered $25 gift cards for highest solves). *The "career path" discussions they force you to have are a compete waste of time because you can only move up one step to senior support rep before you're capped out. Only way to actually move up is to get out of the support department- which very hard to do. *The Customer Support department has a lot of useless meetings. *Poor training that does not prepare you for the role. *Unlimited pto was recently taken away.

Pros

I think the people here are incredibly smart, and I love the team that I work on. I think we're definitely heading in the right direction and can accomplish a lot.

Cons

In my experience so far, it's been difficult to get meaningful raises. The company seems very stingy.
