      Very immature and a bit unprofessional

      Pros

      Great product, great CEO, cool vibe and well intentioned company. Some great recent strategic hires.

      Cons

      Extremely unprofessional at times and rapid change of direction and strategy, but not in a productive way. I saw three well performing coworkers suddenly let go without warning. There is no sense of loyalty and so many of my coworkers are yes men because they don’t want to upset the wrong people. Change is hard here because people live in fear of fired without warning so won’t speak up.

      Good pay and benefits. Opportunities to grow within the company. Great people!

      Cons

      Their direction is not clear, Always trying to add pointless features instead of fixing the buggy product. Your performance is always valued on how many features you have developed vs how you have helped the product become stable. All hands are always rude. People just get fired very often.
