Pros

- The only thing people judge you on here is your abilities. Not race, gender, age, religion or anything else. Period. Meritocracy reigns supreme - You will grow professionally here faster than at any other company - Opportunities to take on different projects/roles are always one ask away - Your compensation will always increase if you try and grow 1% every day - Ability to work with a product that people truly love and that absolutely helps the world (especially those who can't afford expensive competitor products) - Mistakes are seen as growth and learning opportunities and people genuinely will push you to be better - Work with the brightest minds in the industry - Coworkers are positive and motivated - Company weekly lunches are a fantastic bonding experience

Cons

- We move fast and the grind is not for the feint of heart - For those who haven't been hit by the real world yet, ClickUp will gladly introduce you to the concept of "you get what you put in". If you aren't passionate about succeeding here and wanting to make the product better, you'll have a hard time

Pros

Pretty fair benefits, but not as competitive as many other tech companies

Cons

Immature and out of touch leadership. Multiple rounds of layoffs in the past couple of years and offshoring more and more roles. The platform itself is buggy and unreliable. People are quick to throw others under the bus. “Drink the Kool-Aid” culture filled with yes men to senior leadership. ClickUp is all marketing fluff, very little substance. I would never recommend someone I respect to work at ClickUp the way it is currently.
