The company is maturing with purpose and intention. While there are areas that are/were a bit raw, they are being addressed. When something needs to change or be adjusted it is addressed. - People: the company has assembled an incredible pool of talent and provided a framework for individuals to contribute and have impact. - Product: the product is legit amazing and improving every week. Customers love it which is really cool. - Culture: a collaborative meritocracy where ideas are valued and acted upon. The team has a lot of fun and the joy comes through in lots of ways that make the days enjoyable. - Brand: this needs it's own mention. The brand that has been created and promoted by the creative/marketing/social teams is truly astonishing.

Joined ClickUp last fall and it was the best choice I could have ever made for my career. Before joining ClickUp, I had no reason to seek a new job opportunity other than being bored, and ClickUp proved to be the exact opposite experience. The office, leadership, benefits, perks, and culture are all 9/10 as there is always room for improvement and no company is perfect. Be prepared to work hard but fear not, there's a never-ending fountain of motivation and incentive surrounding you if you join ClickUp.
