Pros

- You won't get bored, unless they unexpectedly move you to a position you don't want - Very positive work environement

Cons

- The pay is not based on location, and is total crap - They very quickly changed our benefits 4 months after I was hired to where you couldn't work overtime to get more money unless you could prove a need - No pay raise or bonus every year. They pay you in company swag.

Pros

- good culture - lots of young, highly motivated people - free lunch in office

Cons

- Consistently changing commission structure, taking money from the reps. Massive pay decrease every single time. - Don't get fooled by stock. It vests on a 4 year schedule AND its an option, so you still have to buy all of it. - Horrible / unsupportive management... leadership ignores the hardest working reps. This has backfired on ClickUp many times. Management thinks they are gods and want their rear end kissed for a promotion. And the promotions aren't great either - Low pay for industry - Extremely high attrition, people do NOT stay here (for good reason)

Pros

The option to work remotely.

Cons

This company is one of the worst places I have ever worked. If you like to be micromanaged by incompitent and inexperienced managers then you"ll love it here! The Customer Support department does not provide adequate training, they provide no incentives for exceeding KPIs, no growth opportunities and they have no structure. Working here feels like disorganized chaos.
