Pros

-Good base pay, on the bright side

Cons

-Awful infrastructure, outages all the time, difficult to change for fear of breakage -Management seems inexperienced and emotionally driven. Digs from management towards employees happen regularly in broad settings -Employee performance is measured inconsistently and unfairly -Engineers are worked to the bone here

Pros

- Good Career Options Internally - Ability to drive change and be rewarded for it - Can be fully remote which is awesome - The Product is genuinely very good and sells itself most of the time - If you are in Office in San Diego it's great flexibility, free meals and a really great gym access - Senior Leadership is really strong. I like Gaurav leading the business instead of Tommy

Cons

- PTO Policy is very bad. It's not Unlimited and it's not Accrued. It's somehow worse, it's vague and limited and is never ever explained in writing. Easily the worst I have ever seen in my career. - ClickUp's Sales team at least is almost exclusively white men and heavily favors white men in leadership. Culture used to be more rah rah - bro culture. DEI is basically a joke. - Feedback is constantly encouraged but rarely acted upon. The HR team has very little power since they don't have a leader anymore. - Base Pay is mediocre, every single major competitor we have pays more.

Pros

The company is growing fast and they have their hardworking employees to thank. It can be a fun environment and can also give a sense of success, but don't get lost into the hype. It is really just a job as the equity offering is the worst I have ever seen.

Cons

Most of the management does not know what they are doing. SOme of the employees are way more experienced than management, but of courser management will do whatever they have to do to protect their lives. They really fumbled the equity, especially for the early employees. Its sad because it could have been great.
