Pros
ClickUp is in the hyper growth phase which brings a ton of challenges and obstacles to overcome, but the team here is very much a "roll up your sleeves and get it done" culture. It is HARD WORK but has been an incredible way to learn and grow in my career. They hired a CRO in 2022 that has brought a lot of stability and process focus to the organization. There's a greater focus on clearer expectations of people and teams, and it seems like more reps are making money like the good old days. I also like how there's a greater emphasis beyond sales. At our Sales Kickoff, the whole team was invited including customer success and services, and it was great to spend time and come together across functions. It was cool to see a number of women on stage presenting and winning awards as well! Main Pros: - Hypergrowth - Culture - Sales Team - Lots of Emojis :)
Cons
Main issues are around optimizing for such heavy growth, the employee experience doesn't have all of the bells and whistles of a large company yet but they are doing a good job of addressing. The Chief People Officer has done a good job bringing in great programs that benefit the entire organization.
