      Pros

      ClickUp has the best culture & product I've been a part of building. The team is full of passion, prioritizes personal greatness and has high standards -- everything an A player needs to thrive. The work is challenging, the mission is inspiring and people genuinely love working here. The culture is very much a meritocracy and if you put in the work and show up with a positive attitude, you can go extremely far quickly. Absolutely love working here.

      Cons

      This environment is not for the lazy. If you can't handle pressure and like to coast then this place isn't for you.

      Best group of people I've ever worked with. Communication and culture is top notch. I love the product, so its easy to get invested.

      Marketing is miles ahead of the tech, which makes it trickier for support reps.
