      Benefits. Nice peers and a fun platform to use.

      Don’t be fooled by the whole “we take care of our people” vibe that this company gives off to perspective team members. This place will pay you less than you are worth and treat you poorly. Those who don’t work 10-12 hours per day are overlooked for any kind of promotion. They don’t care about their people bc they lay them off at the first signs of trouble and they play favorites … a lot.

      Lots of huge egos in this company. I was headhunted , targeted with emails type we want you. 6 months later I was told that they changed strategy and I was let go. No explanation, nothing. I was on stress leave when the arranged a meeting. What company does that??’I should have seen the writing on the wall from the moment it became evident the level of experience of the senior leadership and how they talked about people. Live and learn.

      Got to meet some wonderful colleagues and grew my skills on the job

      Change in management seven months into my job were new egotistical people who have antipathy for project and program managers. So funny as a PMIS.
