      Autonomy, exposure, remote first culture

      Cons

      CSM management in EMEA was poor and ultimately not up to standard. Clear lack of experience in how to manage a team - did not commit to coaching, lack of empathy towards team, focused only on themeselves.

      Pros

      100% remote. Time I used to spend commuting daily, is now dedicated to daily learning; building out a robust portfolio and learning new tech. Motivated co-workers, and an innovative environment, fast paced, and small enough to pivot quickly if something isn't working. Awesome product. They hire ambitious, talented people, who are solutions oriented and push the pace of development. Definitely not the place for someone looking to coast.

      Working remote takes longer to get to know your team, but the tradeoff is a hyper productive work environment.
