      Pros

      ClickUp is one of the most promising companies I've ever had the pleasure of working for. Their product and company's desire to grow and constantly become better radiates throughout their culture internally and externally. The quality of people, company resources, and the reception and incredible growth of their product are only a few of the items which make this opportunity incredible for anyone given the opportunity. I highly recommend working with ClickUp for anyone that wants to grow incredibly as a professional while surrounded by wonderful people, a very well-organized and developed working environment, and extremely strong company leadership.

      Hyper growth startup mode

      Pros

      Each day is an adventure, I've worked at 2 startups and 1 larger enterprise company before working at clickup, there's frankly nothing like this that I've experienced. Everyone on the team is obsessed with what we are creating, and with the hyper growth that goes along with that. Instead of being pigeonholed into one particular area, I've been able to get my hands in technical work as well as work with users directly. Zeb and the team all push 'growth' as the most important core value and I can say first hand, that's exactly what I've got by working here.

      Cons

      There's never a shortage of work to be found. I love that environment and style, but some people don't.

      1. Well, the product is really really great. It makes customer service fun, because nearly everyone writing in loves the product. 2. Leadership is obviously very talented, and I've learned a lot even in just two months 3. Free lunches 3 times per week :) 4. Unlimited snacks and LA CROIX 5. Love the ability to work remotely when I feel like it

      1. Smaller team, so not much structure
