      Pros

      - Great learning environment, people are always there to help you grow - You get ~30% of your time to spend on areas outside of your main job, so you can really start exploring other roles. This was my favorite thing about working at clickup

      - More work than some other companies but I enjoyed it, gave me a better work ethic

      Passionate people in some parts of the org that really care

      Cons

      There's a lot of small circles of groups that only do what the CEO says and never what should be right. CEO does not care about their employees besides the 5 in their circle. In the layoff before the 220 employee layoff, he promised there would no longer be layoffs. Now, after spending more than the entire company combined on AI, he has to find a way to pay those bills by cutting off employees who contributed a ton of work.
