      1. Lots of opportunity to grow. 2. Things change often, keeps you learning. 3. Amazingly smart, talented people.

      Cons

      Work/life balance is tricky. The company is growing fast and that requires everyone to put in extra time. It can be tough to balance your personal life.

      Pros

      Opportunities are there for those who are willing to put in the work. I've always been treated very well and been given a lot of flexibility to get work done the way I need to. Opportunities to promote and move up in title & pay are plentiful.

      Cons

      It's not without its growing pains, and frequent pivots can sometimes be hard to keep up with, particularly with some turnover in high-level positions. As our leadership continues to stabilize, I expect this to improve.
