      Pros

      I've been with ClickUp for several years. The very early days (like most early startups) were filled with energizing work, but lots of challenges and risk of burnout. These days the pace isn't frenetic or at risk for burnout, but work continues to be interesting and rewarding as the organization is constantly seeking to improve and grow. For me, it is a great balance.

      Cons

      Things will change, and change quickly as shifts in focus and prioritization reflect the rapid growth of the market and product. Avoiding stagnation isn't much of a con, but if you prize stability it won't be a great fit.

      Pros

      At ClickUp, the best idea wins regardless of your role. Cross collaboration is encouraged and if you can make something better, there is no red tape stopping you. If you like a fast paced environment where ownership of your area and implementation of good ideas is rewarded, this is the place for you.

      Cons

      Because we are constantly iterating and building cool stuff, the fast paced nature of it all can be overwhelming. Having a strong, grounded routine and personal rhythm can help ensure the ever changing day-day, information flow, and changing focuses isn't staggering.
