Pros

Great co-workers and opportunity to work remotely

Cons

Management is horrible and layoffs happened every year which always drove everyone's stress level through the roof. Current CEO is a joke and has no respect within the company and is only concerned with his getting what he can before Clinc tanks. You would be wise to steer clear of this company, both as a potential client or employee.

Pros

Amazing growth over the last few years . Next IPO company in AA. Great technology that has a massive user base. One of the smartest team I have worked with. Perfect place for those who want to roll up their sleeves and change the world.

Cons

The company doesn't know how to let low-performers go. It is unfortunate that people who underperformed and eventually left the company are resentful, which hurts the reputation of the company.

Pros

1, Best co-workers! Although most of them were left. 2, Tech was great.

Cons

1, WROST leadership! WROST CEO! 2, Most talented people left, the rest will leave soon. 3, Layoff happened every year, the latest one was on the promised bonus payday. People were expecting the bonus pay in the morning, then 60% of people had been cut off. 4, Only a few engeers right now, I bet all of them are seeking new jobs.
