Pros

You will encounter some of the best coworkers at Clinc. Smart, considerate and passionate about the possibilities of the technology.

Cons

The leadership at Clinc is unfortunately abysmal. There is little to no direction and poor decision-making is driving the company into the ground. I wish that this were not the case. The overall sentiment within this company is similar and most employees are planning to jump ship when presented with the opportunity.

Pros

Clinc is an expanding company with plenty of career and personal growth opportunities for those who embrace it. The people there are passionate and have high expectations of those around them, which creates a thriving environment for growth-oriented people. They have a compelling product and technology that is getting lots of market traction.

Cons

It's a startup on the rise, so team structure changes and role evolution happen. Some people feel it is a somewhat harsh environment because open debate and constructive criticism happen. I don't feel that these are cons, but if you are looking for a comfortable position where you can go into the office every day and do the same thing you did yesterday, Clinc is probably not the place for you.
