HTO and PTO accrual is nice. Colleagues are nice.

Cons

7.5 hour days no overtime allowed, have to perform more duties continuously outside of hired job description. Have to consistently pick up slack of under performing individuals. Annual reviews are not addressed individually but rather on a scale of just meets expectation and therefore merit increase is blanketed across everyone that meets a metric
