Pros

None. Really, none. These people will try to control every aspect of your morning noon day night even Saturdays… the only time management talks with you like the have GOOD SENSE is when they want you to work on a Saturday-and contiue to be monitored by their hostile management and environment…. They threaten you with being unable to mute your mics and constant screen share- no problem it’s work but these people are …… you fill in

Cons

From your CHN management: “ Schedule Adherence- • You must adhere to your work schedule and go to break/meals as scheduled. (Unless stuck on a call) • Please do not exceed your meal/break times. You will be notified daily of any overages. • If you need to take an unscheduled break, please detract that time from your scheduled break. For example, if you take a 2 min unscheduled break, please subtract that 2 mins from your scheduled break time. If you need an accommodation for additional break time due to a medical condition, please reach out to me for further instructions. (Will need medical documentation to submit to PCE) • My team and I will reach out if you are in an "unavailable status" that is not scheduled. Setto available (green,/ Teams is always set to available (green). Reporting Technical Issues: • Please make sure you are reporting tech issues in real time. You can either post in the group Teams chat or send me and Helen a direct message. This will need to be done as soon as you encounter the issue. (Epic, Ring Central, Max, Teams... etc.) • When reporting tech issues, please be specific about the system you are experiencing issues with and what the issue is. • For example- • Do not say... Computer acting up! "y • Do say... My computer is frozen. • Do not say... I can't log in. • Do say... I can't log into Epic, Max, RC. etc. • Please do not attempt to troubleshoot your own issue prior to reporting it to the leadership team. Shift End Behaviors- • Please come to chat and say goodbye before loaaina off. • Closina team is expected to clear all aueues and wait to receive all clear from the leadership team. • Please log out of Max, clear cache, and cookies. This will help prevent systems issues and delays logging in on your next shift. • Please make sure you restart computer nightly to ensure it receive updates. Me———— Avoid working here if you can. The micromanagement is suffocating, and the disrespectful managers listen in on your home life, even when you're on mute. Training is a joke, save for one decent trainer. The rest are bullies, preying on those they see as weak. They claim it’s a work-from-home role but it feels more like house arrest with their extremely hostile environment. This place redefines idiocy in remote jobs. Check the photos for their absurd expectations. RUN. Not all money is good money.
