Worked a mandatory 9 hours throughout entire employment-sometimes more Very high turnover rate Favoritism No job security Managers don't address complaints

Pros

Benefits were good. Often got free lunch and had fun activities to take part in. The facility is nice and contains new equipment.

Cons

Pay was just average, with tiny raises every year. Overtime was required often because of new clients and such. Very high turnover rate.
