Pros

I loved the job that I was doing and the location.

Cons

Promotions seem to go to people that are in the right crowd and not to people who are actually doing work. Human Resources cannot be trusted. If sample volume goes down, the upper management will get rid of employees immediately instead of waiting. Increasing the amount of work a person can do is not a good way to increase profit.

Pros

Nothing at all... run away from this company... they are horrible. .. me and my friend started a year ago and we gave our notice last week can't take it any more. Bad breaks .. we work with unknown finishing time breaks only 20m and they're 2 breaks only no matter how many hours you work 10 or 12

Cons

Low pay... bad management. .. they don't respect you..treat us like children in kindergarten! No finishing time...you keep working until you feel you are about to faint.. they don't explain the vacation and sick hours system for you until they write you up... run away ..this place sucks life out of you. I already gave my notice

Pros

Family owned company. We work with the owners who demonstrate respect and friendliness with each employee. Hardworking team environment Knowledgeable long term employees Consistent processes Great client relationships

Cons

Many jobs in the lab are repetitive. I think management should continue to find opportunities for staff to be cross-trained for other roles.
