Pros

clean work area, free fruit, can be a good place to get a foot in the door

Cons

The management is well taken care off, the worker bees not so much. The plan is to make as much money off the workers as possible. Science only matters when there is an audit.

Great team, involvement in aspects of the business not available to those in larger companies. Good basic pay rates

Cons

US centric process (often make no sense to the EU), poor secondary benefit package, minimal investment in staff training or progression.
