Hike is same for all without considering the CTC and experience.So fresher will get less salary.It will be less than service company after first promotion Some projects uses internal automation testing tool for which you don't need coding knowledge. So learning won't be there Micromanagement - you need to track your time spent on meeting,work, learning (total 8 hr per day) on weekly basis (40 hr) or sprint basis
