      A lot of talented people with clear focus

      Pros

      CliniSys is having a solid and profitable business. They reward good performing emplyees, pay an above average salary and in general there is a good atmosphere.

      Cons

      The senior management of the Clinisys Group should have more ambition and guts to enter new markets and to take clear decisions. Too often they postpone them. There are some dinasours with +15 years of presence in the company that are extremely valuable but on the other hand block new initiatives.
