      New visionary management team, talented engineers, professional services folk all focused on making a difference in healthcare and life sciences.

      Cons

      Lots of little things but nothing major. The direction of travel is right. Benefits could be better.

      People within the team (peers) were very supportive and hardworking

      Cons

      Management bullying in some teams is demoralising and demotivating. I saw plenty of good and talented people come and go as they would not tolerate this environment. Seems that nothing will be done to eliminate this shocking and disgraceful behaviour to people - management purely believing its everyone else and not them. My personal advice would be do not work here if you want to compromise your mental health
