      A good company to work for but management can do better to take care of staff

      Pros

      Get to visit some big customer sites and understand the impact of LIMS systems and how the support function affected our customers. Developed an understanding of their wide range of products which helps even in my current position at another business in the same field. Able to train towards a Microsoft qualification

      Cons

      Salary isn't the greatest. Career progression is not clear. No great additional perks for employees. When people are continuously leaving the team more stress is placed upon others in the team creating an unfair dynamic.

      Great people to work with, always pushing to find new ways of working, flexible, understanding, encourage personal development, great offices, you know your senior management team and they are very approachable.

      Some appealing benefits would be great! There are some within the company but they are limited
