      The people, many people work as a team and provide a supportive structure The work is engaging and interesting

      Cons

      Management Bullying is rife and nothing is done about it many silos Very much a divided is easier to manage attitude many products making it hard to specialise hard to progress

Therefore, we are currently reviewing all types of improvements we can make to support our teams across the business, and we are investing in range of initiatives.       Paranoid Work Environment

      Pros

      Some nice and decent people in the business, culture is very white and middle aged.

      Cons

      Awful bullying atmosphere in some departments interspersed by genuine and truly nice people. Top layer of the company is bullying and uncommunicative. Products are way outdated and need serious investment cant be used in cloud environments for example. Do work here if you want a regular salary and little inspiration, dont work here if you want to have the freedom to express yourself and try new things.
