Plagued by poor leadership decisions in multiple areas, disunity, and the low morale that comes from knowing your job will very likely be moved to India. Multiple quality issues persist and remain unaddressed, leading to consistent frustration at all levels. Avoid unless you live in India.

To the reviewer, please pay attention to every honest word that's stated here. As a newcomer, you are Underpaid, below competitive compensation. You are given many projects and tons of documentation with no real time to complete the work. Managers display narcissistic and microaggressive behavior. Leadership thrives on setting employees up for failure by inundating them with a ton of projects (the minimum is 10 projects), mandatory meetings, and documentation, and putting them on PIPs if they don't keep up. You are given many projects, and often there are not enough resources. Policy and documentation changes daily. They work primarily on glorified spreadsheets; they are not advanced when it comes to technology, which is surprising because they LIMS vendor. Their processes are antiquated, while there is a ton of project management software on the market that would allow them to consolidate the disparate work on spreadsheets. I am amazed at how they continue to operate or have made it this far using the antiquated systems that they are using, and the mistreatment of employees. Difficult to transition.
