Well, where to start. The highly successful UK and European businesses merged with another US Roper company, the failing Sunquest LIMS business. Then the CEO decides to put all the failing Sunquest managers in charge. Then with no due diligence they decide the next generation product will be a small US product that has focused on Water, Food and Drug Testing markets, not clinical labs and certainly not of the size, scale and complexity that the UK and European businesses service. Then they decide to offshore development to the Sunquest India business which has never shipped a product in it long and poor performing history and stop hiring tech talent in the US, UK and Europe. Clueless doesn't even come close to describing the levels of ineptitude in the leadership team.

I see in a previous review the US CEO was described as a narcissist, it is worse than that, he is volatile, unpredictable, wrong-headed, and along with the other leaders only interested in their own financial gain and retention of power. Add to this I along with 10 others witnessed one of the worst examples of bullying and intimidation of a colleague who was known to have mental health issues on a video call, he actively demonstrates a working environment that is toxic and based on intimidation and fear. The worst leader I have ever worked with or seen.
