High performing culture + true startup mode

Pros

If you appreciate and are driven by working with a high-performing culture, you will thrive here. Businesses will really appreciate your talent and can become strong advocates for your work if you excel and genuinely understand and follow the company values. True startup mode and always focused on maintaining the same level (or above) while scaling the business. Truly apply the company values in all operations and apply them to every decision they make. Hiring is always their top priority, and they do their best not to dilute the talent pool. They won't compromise anything if they can keep raising the bar, which is uncommon in hyper-growth unicorns.

Cons

Burnout and challenging wlb - working remotely can be nice, but you might end up working 10+ hours regularly. It's up to you to take care of yourself and establish your own wlb. Also very easy to be on your own island with no support system. Always in high-performance mode - if you start slacking off and don't perform at the level expected, they will notice and take action. Strong feedback culture - if you are not comfortable receiving feedback on a regular basis, this isn't the right place for you.

Pros

No pros at all in this company.

Cons

People are extremely weird. Very poor communication skills. Worst part is they don't have proper job description for applicants to apply for a position. Extremely vague, no email etiquette or courtesy. Don't know how to present oneself in virtual meetings. Always in rush to finish the call and provide vague and misleading answers to any queries.
