Was once a great company that truly cared about their employees with great core values and a mission to "create love"

Cons

After hiring one person, that person hired their friend, and then their friend, and their friend, and so on. Lost a lot of folks who were there a long time and others who were deeply committed to the company, rather than helping people adjust. The company is going through a lot of changes and upheaval right now.

Thank you for the feedback. I agree with your concern on the "pod of friends". Two weeks ago I made changes to address this - and some people left the company as a result. Certainly a learning experience for me as a CEO. I believe we're still a great company and our mission to create love with our users is still our mission and still what we all should be focused on doing here at ClockShark.
