Pros

Awesome people! There is not a better group of people to work with. The environment is fun and easy going and that translates to everybody being happy at work and wanting to do their job to the best of their ability for the good of the company and them selves! The Management has the best interest of the employees in mind and go out their way to make sure employees are happy not only at work but also outside of work! The work is also great itself, ClockShark solves a problem for people which is a good feeling for everyone involved. The company itself has its mantra, mission, and core values in the right place, CUSTOMERS FIRST! ClockShark is unique because we actually deliver on that promise and put pride in delivering the best customer experience that anyone could have! All in all I love ClockShark, the people, the product, and the direction of the company!

Cons

I honestly can't think of any cons with the company, it has been the best place to work at I have ever experienced

Pros

ClockShark provides an excellent atmosphere and working environment. I really fell part of a good team who all work towards improving our product and service. Management is very supportive, and never demanding. I never feel like management ever demands performance from us, but rather encourages us to succeed to meet our goals. They have also provided many learning opportunities and I've learned a lot working under people who really know what they're doing here. I really believe that ClockShark provides a great product and service to our customers. It's something that is very easy to get behind, especially seeing how many people we help here on a daily basis.

Cons

I've yet to come across any downsides.

Fair, Challenging and Fun

Pros

Good environment, active leadership, challenging work, room to grow (both yourself and in the company), acknowledgment of contribution, fair and reasonable expectations and fun! If you fit the culture, ClockShark is a blast. The company trips are fun, too.

Cons

I'm not sure these are really cons so much as ways to tell if you won't like it here. ClockShark is a small company - you cannot hide. If you don't pull your own weight, it will be noticed. We don't work 20 hours a day 7 days a week, but this is a company that values efficiency and effectiveness - so if you're not driven you may not like it.
