Multiple rounds of layoffs

Pros

The developers have a great attitude create a comfortable environment. The engineering managers (sub-VP level) are absolutely amazing at career development. Every opinion matters on improvements to the codebase and are welcomed.

Cons

Multiple rounds of layoffs. ClockShark was acquired ~2 years ago, so there is a lot of uncertainty with job security. The new CEO of the parent company frequently consolidates positions. Product team will focus on features that have little/no impact (i.e. updating/rewriting a functional integration that has very few users - creating a new integration/feature with no plan to bring in new customers with it)
