flexible at times, work from home

Antiquated systems (contracts should be on an app so it is easy for the client and the designer), a lot of paper/binders and manual inputs, bonuses went away, always asking for more even if you're a high performer. High performance is inconsistently recognized at sales meetings, The OGs don't fraternize with the newbies because they don't last in the company. The amount of hours spent does not justify the return. Better as a second job. Fickle clients. So many other closet companies in the region. Closet World, Closets by Design, California Closets, Container Store, Inspired Closets, The RTA Store, One Day Closets...

Owner is a racist micro manager. Expects you to stay out all day waiting on materials that take time to be manufactured & shipped out to you via uber.

I am surprised you feel this way. The company offers a diverse workplace. This is the type of business that errors can happen. Everything is custom-manufactured to the design. If an error occurs most offices require the installer to drive back to the factory and pick up replacement parts. It sounds pretty nice and accomodating that the owner sends them out to you via Uber.
