Pros

Closet Factory has a great reputation in the industry. They provided extensive training for all of the their designers. The owners understand the importance of continual education and it shows in the success of the company. Another great aspect is the ability to set your own hours. You can work as much or as little as you want. Full benefits package is offered for full-time employees as well.

Cons

Clients that text you at 1 AM on Saturday! LOL

Hands down, the Deerfield Beach location is the most successful closet company in their market. Designs are very creative, and employees work as a team. Customer service is at the heart of their success. It sounds like you are extremely customer-focused since you have clients calling at all hours. Thank you for your review.

Pros

Good amount of work that will fulfill you and if you're having trouble creating a functional space the management team is always more than happy to help. Everyone is incredibly friendly and the showroom is beautiful and clean. They train you to be the best you can be

Cons

You have to be a motivated, since it is all based on commission. Miles and gas are put on your personal car as you have to drive to all appointments.

To address the cons, you are right that you drive to your appointments. You want to work smart and have the schedulers book appointments so they make sense. These days there is the virtual design consultation that helps to offset driving for a follow-up meeting. You can also opt to work with a new client for the first appointment if it's a bit further than you prefer to drive and kick off the meeting that way. My point is, you don't have to drive as much as designers did pre-covid. Thanks for reviewing us!
