Pros

I love working for this company! They do their best to utilize their strengths to manage through a booming time in our industry. They value your hard work and reward you for it! They provide support and help you to be as successful as you want to be. Simply put, it's a company with heart!

Cons

At times, there is difficulty adding the additional installation crew needed for growth...but they take a lot of pride in their installation so I am glad that they are very selective with this process.

We love it when we have employees that see their position as their career. Thanks for sharing how long you have been with Closet Factory as a designer. We all wish that installers could instantly become skilled ones. Like designers and their craft, it takes time for installers to become efficient at finish cabinetry.

Flexible schedule, great work ethics, amazing co-workers and managers, great money, exciting work environment, no drama, great quality material, I believe in my work because it holds up to all expectations, great training! Full commission, not hourly get to work from home, great bonuses

Cons

No 401k, no benefits, W2 employee meaning no compensation for gas, tires, phone, full commission

After a year or two, Designers really begin to excel in their ability to sell more people and increase the value of each project they design. Commission and bonuses were set to offset car expenses, but I do understand that while you are getting your career off the ground, it would be great to have some supplemental income from the company. Thank you for leaving your honest opinion.

Closet Factory was one of the best companies that I have worked for. The management team really cares about the employees. While I was there several people got promotions and moved into different positions. The leadership of the company has a strong vision and communicates it well. The direction the company is going is incredible. There is a lot of celebration for success when people reach goals. The office is being remodeled in phases so the environment is being updated. If I did not get an opportunity to become a partner in a firm and work closer to home, I would still work there.

Cons

My commute was too long due to where I lived. I chose not to move.
