Pros

Paid on time weekly. Offered benefits. Offered vacation time for full time employees.

Cons

Treats employees like slaves. No work/ life balance. Threatens firings weekly. They promise great benefits but they are expensive. With low base salary, Offers reviews and raises every 6 months, but after 7 years, only 1 review and 1 raise. No room for growth.

Pros

They offer decent paid training, but the training was good.

Cons

You basically float the business until you can get a pipeline started. They don't supply you with a computer, must purchase your own. Micro-managing on another level. They will charge back on your commission for every little thing, and it's 100% commission. If your new to this industry, only take 3 appointments a week until you have your process down. Being overworked comes easy because you need time for 2nd or 3rd appointments to revise or close which is common. One call closes are far and few between, but they push you like it's easy and common, it's not.
