Pros

They give you the tools, training, and company truck to get the job done. Very little micro management and for most part their expectations are reasonable.

Cons

Do some traveling and some jobs could be in condominiums or towers.

Closet Factory Response

Installer as with Designer takes time to learn and grow into the job. It is a good fit for people with cabinetry experience or enjoy building things. Also true that we supply all the tools and of course van to use during working hours. It's also great for people that like variation in their daily activities and like to feel they have a fair amount of independence.

Our service areas are large in most cases. Most locations allow you to determine the areas you will service or drive to. In today's sales process we also allow virtual visits which can cut down on travel once you master the technique.
