      There is no reference to location, but it doesn't matter because we want people that enjoy their job and take it seriously rather than dream about their next vacation or when they are off the clock. We look for people who want to be part of the company and enjoy contributing to the future and how we grow.

      Management is very rude and condescending. No benefits, long hours, and no vacation time.

      Yes, creating your schedule and the high compensation are positives of being a designer. Vacation pay is not part of the package since it's a commission-based position. Many of our designers across the county earn three-figure incomes and, as you have stated, control their schedules and hours worked. They take time off as desired and wouldn't trade for hourly or salaried compensation and the structure that comes with it.
