Pros

Innovative approach to design, tons of products, offers more than any other company, love being able to offer stain and painting, support from manager - I just have to ask, for the most part they keep me close to home Flexible schedule, work from home, meet tons of people in their homes, get to give design advice, computer software, creative, fun Best if you have sales experience

Cons

I wish software would do the pricing, lots of paperwork, not fun dealing with some clients, traffic can be rough

Advances have been made in pricing and design capabilities. Designers do spend time in the car but on the positive side they select the territory they take appointments in and set their schedules. I think all industries have difficult clients from time to time. We get a lot of great clients and many that have very interesting careers and lifestyles. We do offer the franchise owners training materials on whole-house design and advanced closet design, and most locations offer one-on-one design support too. It's unfortunate you did not receive this. Thank you for your feedback.
