I was recently nominated as Employee of the Month, and it truly felt like my efforts were recognised and valued. The leadership, including our manager and CEO, is approachable and open to new ideas. I have learned so much from my team and mentors who have guided me throughout my journey. A few manager are very supportive and make you feel comfortable and be your side to develop when you start as a fresher. very good work environment and culture .
