I'm completing 6 years with CD and will be entering my 7th year this coming August. By this itself, you can understand the work culture of this company. Having been with CD for such a long time, I would strongly recommend anyone to join CD and grow their career. The mantra here is that we grow along with the company — it’s not just about the company growing while employees remain in the same place. CD takes care of its employees and considers everything that matters to them. It’s a place where your growth and well-being are truly valued.

I haven't found any significant cons to mention. My overall experience with CD has been positive, and the company has provided a supportive work environment with good opportunities for personal and professional growth.

I started my journey here as an intern and have now completed one year with the company. The experience has been very positive, with supportive leadership, a collaborative work culture, and plenty of opportunities to learn and grow. Team members are approachable, and good work is recognized and appreciated. It has been a great place to build skills, gain practical experience, and grow professionally.
