All higher level leaders are down to earth and approchable , making it easy for newcommers to ask questions and learn comfortably. The company also provides soft skill training and access to free online courses, which helps employees grow professionally.The overall culture is collaborative, positive, and encourages continous learning.

Cons

Some tasks can be challenging, and clearer processes and documentation would be beneficial.
