      Good workplace with collobarative workflows Tower heads are easly approachable and open to our opinions we have the sapce to openup for concerns too

      I wouldn't say as Cons, the growth phase of technical is very high so the people working on the project should be able to coopup to that level

      Pros

      The company is having flexible working hours, and the colleagues are so supportive.

      Cons

      Worst work life balance, they don't care about your personal life they only want you 24*7 in the project. They might give you compoff but when will you take those. Because they expect you to work all day. Hike is another tradegy here even after working for this much the hike % you will receive is very low and will rarely reach 2 digit.
