Pros

Honestly, the only positive was getting paid on time. One more pros apart from salary is i got some good friends.

Cons

Management is completely unprofessional and lacks basic leadership skills. No transparency or communication — decisions are made behind closed doors. No recognition for hard work; favoritism is rampant. Extremely poor work-life balance. You’re expected to be available 24/7. No clear direction or growth plan — promotions and raises are based on politics, not performance. The work culture is toxic and demotivating; good employees either leave or burn out. The biggest problem with this company is the CEO’s leadership style. There is no clear vision or direction, and decisions often seem impulsive and disconnected from the team’s realities. Feedback from employees is ignored, and criticism is not welcomed. The CEO surrounds themselves with yes-people rather than capable leaders, which creates a culture of fear and stagnation. Morale remains low because employees feel unheard and undervalued.
