      The technology is old and management is trying to use lawyers to get people to stay. Enormous numbers have gone to the competition.

      - Good place if you want to spend time working on diverse set of tools. - Good customer base (keeping cloudera still in the market)

      Cons

      - Poor leadership visibility and direction to their teams. - Product strategy is messed up. No stable or successful product recently. Only surviving with Cloudera Manager. - Internal teams(Professional services, Engineering, Sales, Support) are not aligned to drive towards common goals.
