      - Market traction: from hype to disillusionment. Will enlightenment come with CDP, if not too late? - No longer a challenging high-standards environment in my opinion

      The tech is great, but its time for CXO management to take some accountability

      Pros

      They finally got the technical direction right after more than 3 years of trying. CDP is a good product, it just might be too late to market. Better served as an independent company or to be aquired. Great people still remain!!!

      Cons

      Small company problems in a big company. Engineering does not listen to sales, and CDP is too late to market. Too bad, because its a good product. Key execs need to move on. Stock has suffered for the last 3 years with no progress even though sales and engineering are working their butt off! CEO is technical and not a "business manager". Too many ex HWX people running the same playbook.
